Privacy Notice for Customer Proprietary Network Information

ZONE Telecom, Inc. ("Company") does not use, disclose or permit access to, nor has it ever used, disclosed or permitted access to, Customer Proprietary Network Information ("CPNI") except as permitted under 47 U.S.C. § 222(d) or except as otherwise required by law pursuant to 47 U.S.C. § 222(c)(1) or except as permitted under 47 U.S.C. §§ 222(c)(1)(A) and 222(c)(1)(B). As a customer, you have the right, and ZONE has a duty, under federal law, to protect the confidentiality of CPNI.

ZONE may use or permit access to your Customer Proprietary Network Information (CPNI) by subsidiaries, holding companies, associated companies or affiliates or companies controlled by or under common control with ZONE, in order to provide you with information about new products or services tailored to meet your specific telecommunications needs. CPNI is information pertaining to the technical configuration, usage levels, destinations called, and services to which you subscribe of ZONE pursuant to your customer relationship with ZONE. CPNI also includes information contained in the bills you receive from ZONE for long distance (toll) or local exchange telephone services.

Notwithstanding this, you have the right to protect the confidentiality of your CPNI. To deny approval of use of your CPNI and have such information protected, simply let us know that you deny approval by sending an e-mail to legal@zonetelecom.com.

You reserve the right to change or limit your selection at any time. Any approval, or denial of approval for the use of CPNI is valid until you revoke or limit such approval or denial. Denying ZONE the right to use your CPNI, or later withdrawing an earlier authorization, will not affect ZONE's provision of services to you.
