Tiffany Franzky

Vice President of Technology

Tiffany Franzky has played an integral role in the establishment and growth of ZONE Telecom since its introduction to the United States market in 1999. Originally supporting ZONE in a managing consultant role, Tiffany oversaw the design and development of ZONE's web applications and back-office systems that launched in 2000. In 2001, she joined ZONE as the director of application development and took on ownership of evolving ZONE's products and platform.

Tiffany was promoted to vice president of technology in 2002 and has served in that capacity since then. In her current role, she continues to facilitate the development and deployment of ZONE's new products and services, as well as manage the IT operations and cultivate ZONE's internal processes.

Prior to working with ZONE, Tiffany held senior systems engineering and managing consultant roles at Lockheed Martin and Breakaway Solutions, respectively. Tiffany received her bachelor's of science degree in engineering from the University of Michigan.
